Editorial Structure and Responsibilities

The journal operates under a structured editorial system consisting of the Editor-in-Chief, Associate Editors, and Section Editors.

The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the overall scientific quality, editorial policy, and final publication decisions.

Associate Editors manage submissions, assign reviewers, and oversee the peer-review process.

Section Editors evaluate manuscripts within their area of expertise and coordinate the review process.

All editorial decisions are made based on scientific merit, originality, relevance, and ethical standards.

Peer Review Process

The journal adopts a double-blind peer-review system.

Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers

Reviewers and authors remain anonymous

The editorial process ensures objectivity, fairness, and confidentiality

The Editor-in-Chief has the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection.

Editors as Authors (Conflict of Interest Policy)

Editors (including Editor-in-Chief, Associate Editors, and Section Editors) are allowed to submit manuscripts to the journal. However:

They are completely excluded from the editorial and peer-review process of their own submissions

Their manuscripts are handled by an independent editor

At least two external reviewers are assigned

A clear statement is included in the article indicating independent handling

Example statement:

“This manuscript was handled by an independent editor due to a conflict of interest.”

Publication Ethics

The journal strictly adheres to the principles and guidelines of the

Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

All parties (authors, editors, reviewers) must comply with ethical standards.

Prevention of plagiarism, data fabrication, and falsification

Proper citation and acknowledgment

Ethical approval for studies involving humans/animals

Transparency in funding and conflicts of interest

Author Responsibilities

Authors must ensure that:

The manuscript is original and not published elsewhere

Reviewer Responsibilities

Reviewers are expected to:
