About the Journal

MAS Journal of Applied Sciences is an open access, double-anonymized peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Association for Economic Development and Social Research / IKSAD. The journal is published under e-ISSN 2757-5675 in four issues per year. The journal is published quarterly, with four issues per year, in March, June, September, and December.

The Journal currently publishes articles in Turkish and English after an independent, unbiased double-blind peer review process. Issues are published electronically four times a year, with occasional special issues.

MAS Journal of Applied Sciences encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and prioritises innovative methodologies and practice-oriented studies.

MAS Journal of Applied Sciences has a single standardised scope definition consistently across all pages: Natural Sciences (physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, statistics, astronomy, earth sciences, environmental sciences, ecology, and related applied natural science fields), Engineering Sciences (computer, electrical-electronics, mechanical, civil, industrial, software, biomedical, chemical, environmental, materials and metallurgical, mechatronics, energy systems engineering, and related applied engineering fields), and Interdisciplinary applied fields (artificial intelligence, data science, big data, robotics, the Internet of Things, cybersecurity, renewable energy, energy technologies, materials science, nanotechnology, biotechnology, sustainability, climate change, environmental technologies, smart systems, smart cities, sensor technologies, image processing, decision support systems, and digital transformation). Health sciences, social sciences, and the humanities are outside the journal's scope.
